Good morning and welcome to Our Church Without Walls. I’m preaching this Sunday on THE SMART-HOUSE PROJECT

This is PART TEN

I am greatly blessed to share this “Project” with you. THE SMART-HOUSE PROJECT is one that God has laid upon my heart. And now, through the work of the Holy Spirit I am able to share it with you through text, and audio files. THE SMART-HOUSE PROJECT is based upon the words of Jesus Christ found in Matthew 7:24 - 27 and John 20:31.

In Matthew 7:24 Jesus says, “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” (NKJV)

For “these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.” (John 20:31 – NKJV)

For several weeks, I have said that Building a successful and prosperous Smart-House includes, but is not limited to, using the right tools. And we started talking about the “HAND TOOLS”. Once again, THE HAND TOOLS ARE WHAT YOU USE IN WHAT YOU DO (and are doing) FOR GOD! But HAND TOOLS are NOT the only things you need in order to build your spiritual house on a solid foundation. So now we will look at THE POWER TOOLS.

The POWER TOOLS are what YOU are actually doing in service for God. We find 8 POWER TOOLS listed in PHILIPPIANS 4:8. They also have companion verses to emphasize that particular POWER TOOL. They are PRAYER (Colossians 1:3; Mark 1:35; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; Luke 18:1, 21-36 and Philemon 1:4). TRUTH (2 Timothy 2:14-19; and 3 John 1:1-3). HONESTY (Romans 13:13-14; and Luke 8:14). JUST (Exodus 23:1; and Proverbs 22:6). PURE (1 Timothy 1:5-6; Matthew 5:8; and 2 Timothy 2:22-23). LOVELY (1 John 2:15-17, and 4:7-21). GOOD REPORT (1 Timothy 3:7; Hebrews 11:1; and 2 Corinthians 6:1-8). And VIRTUE (2 Peter 1:3).

These are power tools we are to use in our daily lives. We are to think on them daily and use them in building our "Smart-House". The more we use these in our daily lives, the more we receive SPECIALTY TOOLS from the Divine Architect, who is the HOLY SPIRIT. The SPECIALTY TOOLS are listed in …

Oh look folks, once again we are out of time for today, but come back next week to find out what those SPECIALTY TOOLS are, and where to find them in God’s great big toolbox. But until next week, think about how special and precious you are to God, how that makes you feel and how YOU can use these “HAND and POWER TOOLS” in doing something great for God.

And, if you are enjoying this study but would like a study book that goes along with this project, or, if you would like for me to come and present this “Project” LIVE TO YOUR GROUP which would include study books, face-to-face discussions, and an exciting Power-Point presentation that gives a visual understanding of these Godly principles, just send us a private message via our Facebook page.
